Building Bridges –Ages 6-16
Building bridges is an outcome-based program to support young children in developing life skills that will allow them to be independent and confident both socially and emotionally within the community. This program empowers children to reach goals such as but not limited to;
Increase independent living skills
Awareness of risk and safety
Awareness on appropriate behaviours for social and community interactions
Budgeting
Personal hygiene
Improving and empowering your mind health and body
The building bridges program will focus on supporting young people build a bridge between learning and applying skills in the community and their day to day life
Empower and Grow
This is an identified and individualised program that is focused on putting your young person in the centre and empowering them to grow. Empower and Grow will allow you and your family to have choice and control and work alongside us to write and deliver a program for you that will focus on reaching individualised goals and outcomes. We are committed to working collaboratively with you so that your young person is empowered to be the best version of them.

Children and family Support Program - Ages 0-6 - (Centre base daycare)
This is an early childhood program that offers family support to parents and or caregivers. We offer a space where we will support your child to reach their developmental millstones, social skills, life skills, motor skills and will in cooperate any activities that will benefit on meeting your child’s needs. Not only will this program help in preparing your child to transition into further education and care but will support you (parents / care givers) so that you can continue your daily routines knowing your child is in a supervised and safe environment where they will be natured to grow.
Connect Program– holiday and after school program
This program is fun and interactive, connecting young people to support and empower them to engage with each other in the community, socially and recreationally. Children aged 5-16 can participate and connect in fun interactive activities like;
Arts
Music therapy
Play therapy
Movies
Cooking and baking
Day trips
Performing arts
Gardening
Physical activities
Games and fitness;
and so much more! FUN and PLAY in a supportive and supervised environment. Connect is not all just about the fun and games but is a program which will help children to build strong friendships and grow socially, connecting them in the community and with one another.
